Day Three

 March 19 - Day 3 of my ten day fast. Three days of 100 oz of water a day followed by seven days of organic vegetables and fruits juiced.

Day Three:
The last day on water. Tomorrow I start juicing. Drinking water has increased my energy and made me more aware of the lies I have believed about food. We believe food makes us feel better. Food will fill us, food will take care of a headache, or the lack of food will cause one. Food will warm us when we are cold and comfort us when we are feeling cozy or alone. Food will give us energy when we are tired. Truth is God will direct our needs. We only need water and God. Everything else is a choice to add. We can add food to increase our nutrition or we can add food to satisfy us emotionally or satisfy our senses.

Symptoms continue to come back and again I rebuke satan and dismiss his evil illness and sent them out of me.
